Eligibility for Refund

Refunds for stock items must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item(s).

Items reported beyond this timeframe will not be eligible.

Most of the items featured on marmar-halim.com are pre-order. Please, read the descriptions carefully.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Pre-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions.
How to Initiate a Refund ?
- Send an email to [email protected] with your details, order number, and reason for return or exchange.
- You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].
- Our team will review your request and respond within three (3) business days with further instructions.
Note: Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the invoice you received after the purchase.
Shipping Returns:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or the error is on our part.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within twenty (20) business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
